Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed and registered by the Chab Event & hotel teams (passport, hotel forms, ...). Rooms will be available for check in from 3pm. Should rooms be ready earlier, they will be attributed on a best effort basis.

Pre-checking is arranged in advance by our team to ensure fast and smooth arrival for everyone!

3pm - Check-in with the hotel

7pm-10.30pm: Welcome Buffet Dinner and Drinks on the exclusively privatised beachfront of the hotel to enable everybody to catch-up on the first night, and allow comfortable time for everybody to check-in on that day.

• The INSEAD Cabaret with Performances by your very own INSEAD 25Ds.

10.30pm-1.30am: Special Cabaret Afterparty at Marriott Merlin Ballroom with deejays & sound system (drinks in consumption)

DAYTIME

Continental Breakfast: 6.30am-10.30am

9.00am-5pm:  Exclusive Privatised 25D YACHT Party - OPTIONAL 

• Bus transfer to Phuket Pier

• Day Private boat trip to Phi Phi and the island around on an Exclusive Yachts party with premium catamarans privatised for us!

• Slow cruise through Phuket Island area for sightseeing. Experience breath-taking views that will be perfect for on-board photo opportunities.

• Lunch will be provided with Tea or Coffee, Seasonal Fruit, Soft Drinks are available on board, snorkel equipment & life jackets are included as well.

• BYO Alcoholic drinks

• Swimming and snorkelling in the Bays for Sightseeing

  (trip itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather and water currents)

NIGHT

11pm-4am: 

Clubbing at 59 SKYBAR for a night of partying and dancing! 

• Privatisation of 59SKYBAR, one of the coolest nightclubs in town from 11pm until 4am

• DJ show, with our event manager planning in advance the music with the club.

• 2 hours Free Flow house-pour beer, wines, spirit and cocktails. 

• Last run for free shuttle transfer to Marriott Merlin Resort & Spa will be at 4am

DAYTIME

Continental Breakfast: 6.30-10.30am

Free & easy time on the morning for all people that wants to explore Phuket or take advantage of both on resort and off resort activities. The hotel provides free shuttles to Jungceylon. This will let the people recover from the party the night before.

(Lunch is not included on this day as people will be scattered.)

1pm-5pm: The 25D Beach Olympics

Exclusive Grad Trip Olympics on the beach and lawn area of the Marriott partially privatised for our event. To truly make it the most of the private beach of the resort, the Chab Events team will be hosting your favourite Beach Olympics events, including beach volleyball, soccer, and the classic UNDEFEATED rugby challenge

• Free beers (1 beer/pax + water), and guaranteed hilarity.

• Referee’s prizes included for the 1st, 2 and 3rd teams

NIGHT

8.30pm: Departure to Dinner

9pm-1am:  Farewell White Pool Party & Dinner at Kudo Beach Club exclusively privatised for the 25D

Farewell White Party: Dress in white and enjoy the international buffet dinner followed by your exclusive White Party!  (all dressed in white) 

• Includes 4 drinks per pax (Wine, Beers, Spirits, Soft Drinks)

• Full Exclusivity of the venue

• DJ & Dance Party

• Incredible close-up fire show on the beach front!

*Music volume will be turned down by 50% after midnight due to local police guidelines. Other clubs are just a few minutes away by walk (Illuzion, etc).

Please checkout before 11am, for those of you with later flights we can store luggage until you are ready to depart. 

A schedule for the shuttles will be created according to the flight times that we receive.
