The starting price of the trip is €789 for EARLY BIRDS if we reach 350 participants (€889 for 250pax), or €949 if we stay at 250 guests for a regular full package (4 Days / 3 Nights). A deposit of EUR €600 is required by the 3rd April 2026 and the 2nd deposit is needed by the 1 May 2026.

These prices apply for all attendees that have registered and completed the payment for the trip. Thanks to economies of scale, the price will decrease should more people come to the trip!

Experience the essence of Mediterranean hospitality at Mitsis Rodos Village, a rich ultra-all-inclusive 5* resort located in the unspoiled part of South Rhodes, offering stunning sea views. The resort features 412 elegant rooms, including new superior accommodation choices, combining comfort and relaxation for a perfect getaway.

A few credit cards declines may occur during the payment process. If such is the case, we suggest for you to ask one of your classmates to help you settle the payment with his/her card, and transfer him/her back the money. The registration is only confirmed when the payment is done through the website to ensure smooth logistics.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

PHASE 1:

Payment of the first reservation deposit of EUR 600 is to be made by the 25 March 2026.

IMPORTANT Please note that registering for the trip by paying the deposit before the 25 March 2026 is mandatory to secure a spot. June is a high season in Rhodes, and past that deadline, the hotel won't be able to guarantee that they have rooms left for us!

PHASE 2:

The second and final payment will need to be paid by 1 May 2026.

No refund is possible as this is a fully organised trip, however you may transfer your spot to another student if you wish. We will address students' ticket transfer following strict rules of the first-come-first-serve basis.

The Chab Events team will facilitate the communication and transfer for tickets by email.

The participant agrees that the trip, whether it’s deposit or the full amount, is non-refundable individually or globally, save for any of the following unexpected events occurring to an individual guest within 40 days before the 23 June 2026 except in the event that the trip that would prevent the guest to travel:

• Death or Serious Injury or Serious Sickness of the guest, excluding COVID.

• Death of one of the guest's immediate relatives.

Serious Injury or Serious Sickness definition: whenever applied to the guest means Injury or Sickness which requires treatment by a Medical Practitioner and which results in you being certified by that Medical Practitioner as unfit to travel or continue with your original trip or being dangerous to life, with the exclusion of COVID-19 as it is a know occurrence.​

The price of the package is designed based on specific dates and logistics. It is impossible for us to provide "A La Carte" requests as the package and trip would be affected. If you are unable to attend a certain day, you would still have to pay for the full package, but you are able to join late.

No, flights are not included. Please arrange your own flight travel to Rhodes Diagoras Airport.

We suggest you to arrive around 2pm and to leave at 12am as these are the check-in and check-out times.

Definitely, your partners and spouses are more than welcome and some 26J are intending to bring their partners! Likewise for children, yes, you can. Please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your family.

Yes, we will provide shuttles that will pick you up and drop you off at Rhodes Diagoras airport. We will share the bus schedules closer to the arrival date. Shuttles will be provided only on 23/24 June 2026 and 27 June 2026, from / to Rhodes Diagoras Airport from 9am to 9pm.

Please note that if you arrive or leave on a different date, no transport will be arranged individually as all transports are booked for the specific dates above.

If you are from one of the countries that are exempt from Greek visas, you can enter with just your passport, which must be valid for at least another six months. You can check the list of countries there: Hellenic Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Tourism Visa Cost: please check with the Greek embassy at your respective country.

Accommodation is based on a double occupancy. You can choose who you want to share your room with in the second phase of the registration, along with the upload of your travel details. 

Partners are welcome, but will need to register as a separate attendee indicating the same room option. You can request each other as roommates in the second payment phase.

When choosing your roommate, please ensure that they have chosen the same bedroom option as you.

If you do not have any preference, we will randomly assign you a roommate (based on gender).

Mitsis Membership Program: Please note that we cannot get points as this is a group booking however all the other personal expenses on-site can be credited to your member account.

Free & easy time on the morning for all people that wants to explore Rhodes or take advantage of both on resort and off resort activities. This will let the people recover from the party the night before.

Exclusive Grad Trip Olympics on the beach and lawn area of the Mitsis partially privatised for our event. To truly make it the most of the private beach of the resort, the Chab Events team will be hosting your favourite Beach Olympics events, including beach volleyball, soccer, and the classic UNDEFEATED rugby challenge
